Louis Kruger, Managing Director

Louis Kruger started his career in Conveyancing at Nel & Stevens Attorneys in Greytown, KZN in 2007, thereafter joining Schindlers Attorneys in April 2012 as a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal. In 2013, Louis registered to complete his Articles of Clerkship and was promoted to Partner at Schindlers Attorneys soon after his admission as an Attorney and Conveyancer. Louis holds a BA(Law) and LLB degree from UNISA. In 2018, Louis was admitted as a Notary Public and has Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa. Louis is currently completing a Masters in Laws with specialisation in Divorce and Family Law. Louis has a keen interest in developments, township establishments and general property law and is well-known in the real estate industry for his knowledge, training and seminar presentations. Louis currently serves as the Chairman of the Property Committee of the Johannesburg Attorney’s Association (JAA) which is duly represented at the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.
Christiaan Fullagar, Senior Associate
LLB [UP] [CONVEYANCER]
Christiaan grew up in Welkom in the Free State after which he relocated to Alberton where he matriculated from Marais Viljoen High School in 2006. Christiaan obtained his LLB and graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2010. He completed his articles at DVB Attorneys & Conveyancers in August 2013 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court with High Court Right of Appearance during October 2013. He is currently employed as an Associate at Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Inc. situated in Ferndale, Randburg from inception and has a keen interest in conveyancing and property law. Christiaan was admitted as a Conveyancer in 2019 and aspires to be admitted as a Notary Public during 2020.
Chana Finger, Associate
LLB LLM [UNIVERSITY OF JOHANNESBURG]
Chana obtained her LLB from the University of Johannesburg in 2011 and thereafter obtained a Masters in Commercial Law from the University of Johannesburg in 2017. After completing her articles, she was admitted as an Attorney in July, 2018. Chana joined Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers in August, 2018 and prides herself on providing clients with individualised and efficient service. Chana enjoys the conveyancing experience and aspires to become an admitted Conveyancer and Notary Public in the near future.
Damian Sequeira, Associate
LLB [UNISA] [CONVEYANCER]
Damian completed his Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree at the University of South Africa in 2014 and was duly admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa on 17 June 2017, after completing his articles at Assenmacher Brandt Attorneys. He has experience in various fields of Law, Litigation and International VAT Laws, his main focuses are Property Law and Conveyancing. His professional abilities include being organised, proactive and an efficient member of the Team who is able to deliver excellent service to clients. Damian joined the Team at Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers in March 2019 and is eager to be admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary in the near future.
Divan van Ryneveld, Associate
LLB [UNIVERSITY OF PRETORIA] [CONVEYANCER]
Divan obtained his LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2015. He commenced articles at Lindhout Attorneys in White River, Mpumalanga where he gained experience in various aspects of the Law and developed his love for Property Law and Conveyancing. In 2016, he ceded his articles to a Property-and Conveyancing law firm, Annemarie Swanepoel Attorneys in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga with the intention to focus all his attention on Property Law and Conveyancing. In 2017, he also received a Certificate in Conventional Deed of Transfer. He was admitted as an Attorney in 2017. In July, 2018, he pounced on the excellent opportunity to become an Associate at Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers. He has the eagerness to grow himself and the firm and aspires to be admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary Public.
Helené-Mari Smith, Associate
LLB [UNIVERSITY OF PRETORIA] [CONVEYANCER] [NOTARY]
Helené-Mari obtained her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria. She was admitted as an Attorney in September 2011 and admitted as a Notary Public and Conveyancer in January 2012. She started her conveyancing career at Galbraith Attorneys & Conveyancers in Fourways, Johannesburg in 2012, where she gained extensive experience in residential property transfers, bond registrations, general property related matters and Notarial Practice. In February 2019, she joined Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Inc. and is proud to be part of such a young and dynamic team and looks forward to growing with the firm. She is passionate about Conveyancing and prides herself in delivering excellent client service.
Herman Fourie, Candidate Attorney
BA(LAW) LLB [NORTH-WEST UNIVERSITY]
Herman completed his BA Law degree in 2018 and his LLB in 2020 at the North-West University. He joined Kruger Inc in September 2020 as the first candidate attorney to commence with articles at the firm. He has a passion for commercial and property law. He aspires to complete an LLM in International Trade Law and to be admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer in the near future.
Jack Bonner, Senior Conveyancing Paralegal
Jack started his career in Real Estate with Remax in 2013, working as a Transfer Co-ordinator. He attended numerous Courses on Property Law and Sectional Title Management to further his knowledge and completed a Paralegal Diploma through the SA Law School. In early 2016 he joined Schindlers Attorneys as a Junior Conveyancing Paralegal and gained valuable experience in all matters of Conveyancing including Transfers, Developments and Bond Registrations for Banks and large Private Equity firms. Jack joined Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers in August, 2018 as a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal and aspires to complete his LLB and become an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer.
John William Mackechnie, Associate
BCOM & BCOM(HONS) [UNIVERSITY OF JOHANNESBURG] LLB LLM [UCT] [CONVEYANCER] [NOTARY]
John completed his BCom Accounting and BCom Honours in Investment Management at the University of Johannesburg in 2012 and thereafter obtained his LLB and Masters in Labour Law from the University of Cape Town in 2017. After completing his articles, he was admitted as an Attorney and Notary Public in May, 2020. John joined Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers in November, 2020 and is currently awaiting admission as a Conveyancer. John is passionate about conveyancing and hopes to forge a name for himself in the industry.
Kiki Smith, Associate
Kiki Smith started at Kruger Attorneys and Conveyancers Inc at its inception and was delighted to be a part of a growing enterprise specialising in Conveyancing. She is an admitted attorney and is currently studying her Masters in Property Law at the University of South Africa. She matriculated from Oakhill College in Knysna in 2004 and completed her LLB at the University of South Africa in 2012. She has always been passionate about property, with her whole family being involved in the property industry at some point in time during her lifetime. She completed her articles at Velile Tinto and was admitted in 2016. She has also completed her Practice Management Training Course in 2018 and is always eager to further her studying in property law.
Morné Sauer, Associate
LLB [NORTH WEST UNIVERSITY]
Morné obtained his LLB degree from the North West University in 2013 and completed Law School Training in 2014. After completion of articles, Morné specialised in Criminal and Civil Litigation. In 2016 Morné was employed as a legal advisor at Clientele Legal and provided legal advice in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, Common Law and Law of Contracts. In 2018 he returned to the private practise and gained experience in family law by representing clients in maintenance matters as well as divorce proceedings and also obtained the Right to Appear in the High Court of South Africa. In 2019 he joined the dynamic Team at Kruger Inc., as his true passion is Conveyancing and Property Law. Morné is an enthusiastic, ambitious and hard worker, who takes pride in the quality that is rendered to clients.
Sigal Josselowitz, Associate

Sigal completed her LLB degree in 2013 at the University of South Africa (UNISA). She completed her articles at a Conveyancing firm, where she gained immeasurable experience in both Property Transfers and Bond Registrations. Sigal was admitted as an Attorney and Notary Public in 2016 and a Conveyancer in 2018. She joined the Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Team in July, 2018. With a passion for Conveyancing, she aspires to provide an efficient and enjoyable journey for her clients through the Transfer Process.
